On the heels of announcing the Aam Aadmi Party's (AAP) decision to contest all 13 seats in Punjab, party convener and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal declared on Sunday that AAP will also independently fight and secure victory in all seven Lok Sabha seats in the national capital during the upcoming elections.

Speaking at a public rally in Tarn Taran alongside Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, Kejriwal asserted that the BJP is apprehensive of AAP's hard work leading to inevitable success and expressed confidence in winning all seven seats in Delhi. Kejriwal's announcement came amidst a backdrop of increasing political fervor as Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, on the same day, asserted that the Congress party is poised to win all 13 seats in Punjab.

In response to Kejriwal's declaration, Kharge, addressing the Punjab Congress’s Workers Convention in Ludhiana, expressed confidence in Congress winning all 13 seats in Punjab. Simultaneously, the state Congress president, Amrinder Singh Raja Warring, predicted a crushing defeat for AAP on all 13 seats in Punjab in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.

Kharge emphasized the importance of unity within the INDIA block while acknowledging that alliances were progressing positively in some states and facing challenges in others. Kejriwal had earlier announced AAP's decision to contest outside the INDIA block, coinciding with Kharge's visit to the state for discussions on election strategy and addressing concerns about party indiscipline.
